At Arooma, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We are happy to assist with cancellation requests, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. We normally process orders within 24 hours, so we recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel Your Order

Please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The product(s) you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation, if applicable
Our customer service team will confirm whether your cancellation request can be accepted.
Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our customer service team.
If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method used for the order.
If no payment has been made, no further action is required.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once the refund has been processed, we will notify you by email. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Important
We cannot guarantee cancellation requests after an order has entered the shipping process. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return request and will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
