Use : 

Apply treatment from the middle to the tips, and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes approximately. Rinse with plenty of water to remove excess.
Apply twice a week for the first 2 weeks for damaged hair, and continue using it once every 15 days.
For extremely damaged hair: Apply 3 times a week for the first two weeks, and continue using once a week.
